All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 6pm CST will be processed the following business day. 

La'Fleur Coffee Boutique, LLC is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the carrier. 

There is a 7 day window upon receipt of goods for exchanges. Exchange requests must be initiated via our online customer service chat box. Customer service chats are monitored 24/7. 

The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to the address provided in the customer service chat box. 

Open products and cold brew coffees are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
